VoIUM Technologies Acquires Stake In Prized Singapore Firm

Singapore, 13th February 2004 - In view of a possible listing in a regional bourse, VoIUM Technologies Ltd ("VoIUM") has entered into an agreement to acquire a 30% stake in Global Network Unlimited Pte Ltd ("Global"), a Two year old Software Development and E-Commerce gem valued at S$3.3million.

"Global is seen as a key component within its arsenal of weapons to launch itself more aggressively into the Asian market especially Greater China and beyond. With its wireless services taking off with partners like Singapore Telecoms and Standard & Poor's, Global can help propel VoIUM into the region in a most synergistic way," said Mr. Benjamin Ng, VoIUM's Managing Director.

Mr. Ronald Allen, Chairman of Integrated Performance Systems, Inc. ("IPS") said, "We see the clear advantage of having the two entities work together and boost the bottom-line. In such a tough market, both VoIUM and Global will be able to compete more efficiently as well as leverage off each other's strength in the Asian region." Integrated Performance Systems, Inc., a listed company on Nasdaq owns a 48% stake in VoIUM.

Global is directly linked to Integrated Performance Systems, Inc. (IPS) because of the latter's stake in VoIUM Technologies Ltd. The acquisition of VoIUM happened in April 2003, reflecting IPS' aggressive expansion into the global market.

With VoIUM's push into China with long time partners like Henderson China Ltd (a subsidiary of Henderson Land Ltd), the company plans to grow quickly in terms of both revenue and profits.

Both VoIUM and Global are planning a pipeline of projects and products for 2004 to be launched with major players in the regional arena. Having this tie-up, both Mr. Ng and Mr. Chia sense a powerful convergence of wireless and wired bringing the ultimate solution provider to customers who are looking for such a player.
